Rent locked in token accounts and returned

The deposit of a token account the wallet owns is the wallet's own SOL, locked when the account is created and back when it is closed, never transferred to anyone. Locking it consumes no lot and its return opens none, so the lots are untouched both ways. Only the net is what comes back when a service closed the accounts for a cut.
